Deadly Sista Girl Footballs
We all know how important sport is to our health & well-being and that’s why as part of DSG we run a football program at each of our sites! Footy participation is encouraged for our girls to inspire teamwork, develop sporting and leadership skills, promote a healthy lifestyle and help boost school attendance.
Delivered by strong Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander role models, DSG is culturally appropriate healthy lifestyle program which aims to improve engagement and education amongst school-aged Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls.
Supported by our mentors, girls are enabled to make informed decisions about their personal health and well-being to lead a positive and healthy lifestyle.
